Welcome in!
This blog is recipes and tips and rants about living gluten free. I have a young stepson who we recently found out was allergic
to gluten. We have a large family and having this added is going to take some getting used to. The rest of the family is still eating wheat & gluten. Feel free to enjoy the blog.
GLUTEN IN, GLUTEN OUT
GIGO. If you put stuff that has gluten into your cooking, your food will have gluten in it. Not my fault, not my problem. Know your ingredients, know your manufacturers. Do your homework.
Unless I am relatively certain about a specific product brand being gluten free, I will not use the brand name. Things change. The product may change and then contain gluten, again I say : GIGO.
Be ever watchful. The gluten fairies ARE after us.
